Gold Wing GL1800 Headlight Protector
Gold Wing GL1800 Headlight Protector from PANICAL is designed for 2018–2026 Honda Gold Wing GL1800 F6B and Tour models. The clear left and right protector panels sit in front of the original headlight lenses to create an additional barrier between the headlight surface and direct contact from road debris during riding.
Each protector is manufactured from clear PMMA using CNC cutting followed by heat forming to create the model-specific curved profile. The transparent construction keeps the original headlight assembly visible, while the supplied 3M mushroom-head fasteners secure the protector panels at multiple mounting points around the headlight area.
The Gold Wing GL1800 Headlight Protector creates an additional transparent barrier in front of the original headlight lenses to help reduce direct contact from road debris.
The transparent PMMA panels protect the headlight area while keeping the original headlight design and lighting assembly visible.
The heat-formed panels follow the contour of the Gold Wing headlight area for a close-fitting left and right protective layout.
The supplied 3M mushroom-head fasteners provide multiple attachment points between the protector panels and the headlight-area mounting surface.
The left and right headlight guard panels are manufactured from transparent PMMA material.
The PMMA material is CNC cut to shape and then heat formed to create the required curved profile.
The product includes separate protector panels for the left and right sides of the Gold Wing headlight assembly.
The supplied dimensional reference shows each protector at approximately 15.16 inches long and 5.12 inches wide.
The supplied mounting system uses 3M mushroom-head fasteners for attachment around the original headlight area.
The Gold Wing GL1800 Headlight Protector is designed for all five listed 2018–2026 Gold Wing configurations. Confirm the headlight surface is clean and dry and verify the left and right protector positions before installation.
