Thank you for choosing Panical. To help you understand order processing, shipping options, international delivery, and related fees, please read the following Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing an order.
This policy applies to products purchased through the Panical official website or official authorized sales channels.
1. Order Processing Time
1.1 Shipping Time
- After payment is successfully completed, Panical will process the order based on inventory status, order information, and product condition.
- In-stock products will usually be arranged for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.
- Shipping time may be extended during weekends, holidays, promotional periods, high order volume, inventory confirmation, special products, oversized products, overweight products, or when shipping costs need to be reconfirmed.
1.2 Order Information Confirmation
- Please carefully confirm your shipping address, contact information, product model, quantity, and fitment information before submitting your order.
- If the order has already entered the processing, packaging, or shipping stage, it may not be possible to modify or cancel the order.
- Delays, returns, redelivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information shall be borne by the customer.
2. Shipping Methods and Your Choice
2.1 Available Shipping Methods
Panical will provide currently available shipping methods on the checkout page based on the order information, destination, product weight, and product volume.
You may choose a suitable international express service, economy shipping route, dedicated logistics line, or other available shipping service according to your needs. Panical will arrange shipment according to the shipping method you have selected and paid for.
2.2 Differences Between Shipping Methods
Different shipping methods may vary in the following aspects:
- Shipping cost;
- Estimated delivery time;
- Tracking update frequency;
- Customs clearance method;
- Delivery method;
- Available countries or regions;
- Whether remote area delivery is supported.
Faster shipping methods usually cost more. Economy shipping or dedicated logistics lines may cost less, but delivery time, tracking updates, or delivery methods may differ from commercial express services.
2.3 Shipping Method Adjustments
If the shipping method you selected cannot be used normally due to carrier service changes, destination restrictions, product size or weight, remote area delivery, customs clearance requirements, or other logistics reasons, Panical will contact you before shipment to confirm an adjustment plan.
When the shipping method is adjusted, related fees will be handled as follows:
- If the new shipping cost is higher than the shipping fee already paid, you will need to pay the difference before shipment can be arranged;
- If the new shipping cost is lower than the shipping fee already paid, Panical will refund the corresponding difference or handle it in another way confirmed by both parties;
- If you do not accept the adjusted shipping method or cost, you may contact Panical before shipment to cancel the order or discuss another solution;
- If the order has already been shipped, the shipping method cannot be changed.
3. Shipping Fees
3.1 Shipping Fee Calculation
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country or region, product weight, product volume, delivery method, and logistics service.
- After you select a shipping method on the checkout page, the system will display the corresponding shipping fee based on the current order information.
- If the order page clearly states free shipping, shipping promotion, or other delivery terms, the information shown on the order page shall apply.
3.2 Additional Shipping Fees
The following situations may result in additional shipping fees or require reconfirmation of the shipping method:
- Remote area delivery;
- Oversized or overweight products;
- Special destinations;
- Abnormal shipping address information;
- Temporary carrier service adjustments;
- The selected shipping method cannot deliver the order;
- The actual transportation cost is significantly different from the shipping fee displayed by the system.
If additional fees are required, Panical will contact you before shipment for confirmation. The order will be shipped only after you confirm and pay the related fees. If you do not accept the additional fees, you may contact Panical before shipment to cancel the order or discuss another solution.
4. International Delivery Time
4.1 Delivery Time Notice
- Delivery times displayed on the product page, order page, or tracking information are estimated delivery times and do not represent a guaranteed delivery date.
- Actual delivery time may be affected by the shipping method, destination, customs clearance, local delivery, weather, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
- Panical will assist you in following up on the logistics status, but the actual delivery time for international shipments is subject to the carrier and local delivery conditions.
4.2 Situations That May Cause Delays
The following situations may cause shipping delays, returns, or additional fees:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address;
- Incorrect contact information or inability to contact the recipient;
- Failure to cooperate with customs clearance in a timely manner;
- Failure to pay local customs duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees;
- Refusal of the package or failure to collect the package in time;
- Local customs inspection, carrier delivery delays, weather, holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.
If delays, returns, redelivery, loss, or additional fees are caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failure to cooperate with customs clearance in time, unpaid taxes or fees, refusal of delivery, inability to contact the recipient, or failure to collect the package in time, the related responsibility and costs shall be borne by the customer.
5. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Customs Clearance Fees
5.1 Cost Responsibility
- Product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, import taxes, value-added tax, customs clearance fees, carrier advance payment fees, or other local charges that may be incurred at the destination, unless otherwise clearly stated on the order page.
- If the order page clearly states that a certain shipping method includes customs duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, the order page information shall apply. If it is not clearly stated that such fees are included, these fees shall be borne by the customer.
- You are responsible for completing customs clearance, paying taxes or fees, or providing necessary information in accordance with local laws and customs requirements.
5.2 Customs Clearance Issues
Delays, returns, destruction, loss, storage fees, redelivery fees, or other additional costs caused by the following situations shall be borne by the customer:
- Failure to cooperate with customs clearance in a timely manner;
- Failure to pay import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees;
- Incomplete or inaccurate customs clearance information;
- Refusal of the package;
- Inability to contact the recipient or failure to collect the package in time.
6. Address Changes, Refused Delivery, and Unclaimed Packages
6.1 Address Changes
- Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order.
- After the order has been shipped, address changes, package interception, or redelivery may not always be successful.
- Fees caused by address changes, package interception, or redelivery shall be borne by the customer.
6.2 Refused Delivery and Unclaimed Packages
Delays, returns, destruction, loss, or additional fees caused by the following situations shall be borne by the customer:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address;
- Inability to contact the recipient;
- Refusal of the package;
- Failure to collect the package in time;
- Failure to pay local customs duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees;
- Multiple failed delivery attempts by the local carrier.
7. Package Delivery and Shipping Issues
7.1 Delivery Inspection
- After receiving the package, please check the outer packaging and product condition in a timely manner.
- If you find serious package damage, product damage, missing items, wrong items, or other issues, please contact Panical as soon as possible.
- To help us handle shipping issues, we recommend that you keep an unboxing video, outer packaging, shipping label, and product photos.
- If the tracking information shows that the package has been signed for or delivered, but you have not actually received the package, please contact Panical as soon as possible. We recommend providing relevant information within 48 hours after the tracking status shows delivered so that we can assist in contacting the carrier for an investigation.
- If the loss is caused by an unattended shipping address, failure to collect the package in time, package theft, or the local delivery environment, Panical will assist you in making an inquiry or submitting a handling request to the logistics carrier, but Panical will not be responsible for any additional compensation arising from such circumstances.
7.2 Handling Shipping Issues
When reporting a shipping issue, please provide:
- Order number;
- Tracking number;
- Photos of the outer packaging;
- Photos of the shipping label;
- Product photos or an unboxing video;
- A description of the issue.
Panical will assist with inquiries, verification, or submitting a handling request to the carrier based on the order situation, logistics status, and materials you provide.
