Panical Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Panical. Panical provides a limited warranty for eligible products. Please read the following Warranty Policy before purchasing, installing, or using our products.

This policy applies to products purchased through the Panical official website or official authorized sales channels. Products purchased from unauthorized channels, second-hand resale, gifts, products of unknown origin, or products without valid proof of purchase may not be covered by this policy.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable laws. If this policy conflicts with mandatory provisions of applicable laws, the relevant legal provisions shall prevail.

1. Warranty Period

1000-Day Limited Warranty

Panical provides a 1000-day limited warranty for eligible products. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

If a product has a material defect or manufacturing defect confirmed by Panical within the warranty period, under normal use, proper installation, and reasonable maintenance, you may submit a warranty request.

300-Day Limited Warranty for Special Parts

Water pumps, rubber parts, and other wear-prone or aging-related parts are more affected by usage frequency, installation environment, temperature, maintenance, and natural aging. These parts are covered by a 300-day limited warranty.

If the above products have a material defect or manufacturing defect confirmed by Panical within 300 days, you may submit a warranty request.

2. Warranty Coverage

Panical’s limited warranty mainly applies to the following situations:

  • The product has a confirmed material defect;
  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect;
  • The product has a non-human-caused quality issue under normal installation, normal use, and reasonable maintenance;
  • The issue occurs within the applicable warranty period;
  • You can provide valid proof of purchase and necessary supporting materials for the product.

This warranty only applies to material defects or manufacturing defects of the product itself. It does not cover shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, installation costs, labor costs, vehicle downtime losses, indirect losses, or any other additional costs.

3. Warranty Request Materials

Before submitting a warranty request, please contact Panical and provide:

  • Product order number or valid proof of purchase;
  • Photos of the complete product;
  • Photos of the affected or defective area;
  • A video showing the product issue;
  • Installation, use, wiring, maintenance, or usage environment details when necessary.

Failure to provide valid order information, proof of purchase, photos, videos, or necessary explanations may affect the warranty review result.

For electrical, lighting, or installation-tested products, we recommend contacting Panical before disassembling, repairing, or replacing the product. Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair without confirmation may result in the product being ineligible for warranty service or may cause product damage.

4. Situations Not Covered by Warranty

The following situations are not covered by this warranty:

  • Human-caused damage, misuse, abuse, or improper operation;
  • Improper installation, incorrect fitment, unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair;
  • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, drops, or external impact;
  • Issues caused by long-term exposure to harsh environments, corrosive environments, extreme temperatures, or improper storage;
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, aging, paint loss, appearance changes, or other normal deterioration caused by use;
  • Issues caused by failure to follow product instructions, installation recommendations, or maintenance recommendations;
  • Second-hand products, resale products, gifts, products purchased from unauthorized channels, or products of unknown origin;
  • Products without valid proof of purchase or order information;
  • Use beyond the product’s intended purpose or normal usage range.

5. Warranty Handling

Eligible Warranty Requests

After receiving a warranty request, Panical will review the materials provided, product condition, cause of the issue, and actual situation.

If the request is confirmed to meet the warranty conditions, Panical will provide a reasonable solution based on the actual situation. Possible solutions may include:

  • Replacement parts;
  • Repair advice;
  • Product replacement;
  • Other reasonable solutions.

If the original product has been discontinued, is out of stock, or is no longer available, Panical may provide an equivalent or alternative product as the solution based on the actual situation.

Repair, replacement parts, or product replacement provided during the warranty period will not restart or extend the original warranty period, unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Panical.

Requests That Do Not Meet Warranty Conditions

If the issue is not caused by a material defect or manufacturing defect, or if it is caused by human damage, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or other non-covered reasons, Panical may reject the warranty request or provide other feasible after-sales suggestions based on the actual situation.

Warranty Limitations

Panical’s limited warranty does not support the following handling methods:

  • Unconditional refunds;
  • Cash compensation;
  • Cash conversion or discount conversion;
  • Compensation for any loss beyond the product itself, including but not limited to damage to the vehicle, bodywork, fairings, wiring, or other parts, installation costs, removal costs, labor costs, vehicle downtime losses, or other indirect losses.

6. Warranty-Related Costs

Panical’s limited warranty only provides after-sales support related to the product itself.

Costs related to warranty requests, inspection, repair, replacement parts, product replacement, or reshipping shall be borne by you, unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Panical. Such costs include but are not limited to:

  • Return shipping fees;
  • Reshipping fees;
  • International shipping fees;
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees;
  • Carrier advance payment fees or other local charges.

If Panical provides additional assistance based on a specific order situation, the confirmed after-sales solution shall apply. Such assistance does not mean that Panical is obligated to bear fixed costs in similar situations.

7. Important Notice

Panical’s limited warranty is an after-sales guarantee for material defects and manufacturing defects. It does not mean that a product can be repaired, replaced, or refunded unconditionally under all circumstances.

All warranty requests must be reviewed and confirmed by Panical. The specific handling method will be determined based on the order situation, product condition, cause of the issue, and this policy.

Panical reserves the right to review and make the final decision on warranty requests.
