Panical Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing Panical. To help us handle after-sales issues in a timely manner, please read the following Refund and Returns Policy before placing an order.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable laws. If this policy conflicts with mandatory provisions of applicable laws, the relevant legal provisions shall prevail.
1. Return and Exchange Request Period
If you need to request a return or exchange after receiving your product, please contact Panical within 30 days after receiving the product.
Requests submitted after 30 days may be reviewed at Panical’s discretion based on the order situation, product condition, and actual issue.
2. Receiving and Unboxing Inspection
During international shipping, packages may be affected by logistics transfers, customs inspection, local delivery, or other factors beyond our control. To reduce after-sales disputes, we recommend that you record a continuous unboxing video after receiving the package.
2.1 Recommended Unboxing Video Content
The unboxing video should preferably include:
- The unopened package and shipping label;
- The complete unboxing process;
- The condition of the product, accessories, and included parts;
- If there is any damage, missing item, wrong item, or other issue, please clearly record the affected area.
2.2 If You Find Any Issue
If you find any issue after receiving the package:
- Please keep the unboxing video, outer packaging, shipping label, and relevant photos;
- Please contact Panical as soon as possible after receiving the package, and we recommend providing the unboxing video, outer packaging, shipping label, and relevant photos within 7 days;
- Failure to provide necessary evidence may affect the after-sales review and handling result.
3. Basic Return and Exchange Requirements
Products requested for return or exchange should remain in their original condition as received.
3.1 Product Requirements
The product should meet the following conditions:
- Not installed, used, or modified;
- No human-caused damage, scratches, dents, deformation, or obvious signs of use;
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included parts are complete;
- The product does not affect resale.
3.2 Situations Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund
The following situations are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- The product has been installed, used, modified, or is no longer suitable for resale;
- The product has human-caused damage, improper installation, unauthorized disassembly, or unauthorized modification;
- Packaging, accessories, or included parts are incomplete;
- The return or exchange request period has expired;
- Products purchased from unauthorized channels, second-hand resales, gifts, or products with unknown sources;
- The product cannot be used because you did not confirm fitment, installation requirements, or local legal restrictions before purchase.
4. Return and Exchange Request Process
4.1 Please Contact Panical Before Applying
Before requesting a return or exchange, please contact Panical and provide:
- Product order number or proof of purchase;
- Reason for return or exchange;
- Product photos or videos;
- Packaging photos and necessary explanations.
4.2 Please Do Not Return Products Without Confirmation
Please do not return any product without confirmation from Panical.
Packages returned without prior confirmation may affect after-sales handling because the order cannot be identified, the issue cannot be verified, or the receiving information is incomplete.
Packages returned without confirmation, with incomplete information, or sent with freight collect may be refused.
The return address, return method, and related instructions shall be based on the information confirmed by Panical.
5. Returns and Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues
Non-quality issue returns and exchanges refer to returns or exchanges that are not caused by product quality defects.
5.1 Common Situations Include
- Purchasing the wrong model, selecting the wrong product, or failing to confirm fitment information;
- Incomplete vehicle model, year, version, installation position, or specification information;
- Changing your purchase decision after receiving the product;
- Inability to use the product due to local regulations, installation environment, or personal usage needs;
- Other reasons not caused by the product itself.
5.2 Cost Responsibility
For returns or exchanges caused by non-quality issues:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties;
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable;
- Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, carrier handling fees, and other related charges are non-refundable.
6. Quality Issues, Wrong or Missing Items, and Shipping Damage
If the product has any of the following issues, please contact Panical as soon as possible and provide the unboxing video, product photos, order information, and packaging information.
6.1 Quality Issues
The product has suspected material, structural, or manufacturing defects.
6.2 Wrong Item, Missing Item, or Missing Accessories
The product model, quantity, accessories, or included parts received are inconsistent with the order.
6.3 Shipping Damage or Packaging Abnormality
The product is damaged or deformed during shipping, or the package shows obvious abnormalities.
6.4 Handling Principles
After verification, Panical will provide a reasonable after-sales solution based on the order situation, product condition, cause of the issue, and actual loss.
The specific handling method shall be subject to Panical’s review result and the solution confirmed by both parties.
7. Refunds
After Panical receives the returned product, we will inspect the product condition and return eligibility.
7.1 Eligible Returns
If the return meets the applicable conditions:
- Panical will arrange a refund based on the actual situation;
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
7.2 Refund Processing Time
The actual time for the refund to arrive may be affected by the payment platform, bank, or credit card institution.

7.3 Returns That Do Not Meet the Conditions
Panical may refuse a refund or adjust the refund amount if:

- Packaging, accessories, or included parts are incomplete;
- The product has human-caused damage, obvious signs of use, or affects resale.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions and you wish Panical to ship the product back to you, the reshipping costs and related fees shall be borne by the customer.

Before purchasing, installing, or using the product, you are responsible for confirming whether the product complies with local laws and regulations.
Panical shall not be liable for disputes, losses, or other consequences caused by failure to confirm local regulations, illegal installation, unlawful road use, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
